• Contextual Data: To provide relevant results, we may receive contextual information from ChatGPT, such as your approximate location (e.g., city level).
• Usage: We do not use this location data.

OpenAI API (Cleanup & Analysis)

When you use our "Cleanup" feature, the raw text data you paste into the widget is processed as follows:

• Transmission: The data is securely transmitted to our server and then forwarded to the OpenAI API for processing.
• Purpose: This processing is performed strictly to execute the requested task (e.g., cleaning up formatting, summarizing research data) and return the structured result to you.
• Retention: We do not store this data. It is processed transiently to generate your response.

External Marketing Tools

Our application guides you to use external market research tools (e.g., SparkToro, AnswerThePublic, Ubersuggest). We do not send your data to these services. We simply generate direct links for you. When you click these links, you visit the third-party websites directly, and your interactions there are governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention Summary

• Our App: Zero-retention policy for user research data. We process your inputs to generate links/widgets and then discard the inputs.
• Third Parties: Retention varies by service. We act as a gateway and do not control their data storage.
