Welcome to Pet Project Co-Founder AI. Path2Dream (KVK 97912565) ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy describes the information we handle when you use our application.

1. Hosting and application analytics

We host this application on our own production server. We collect narrowly scoped product analytics to understand research workflows, improve reliability and identify usability problems. Analytics remains on our infrastructure and is available to authorized operators through a private dashboard.

• Usage: Tool calls and their arguments, timestamps, execution duration, outcomes, widget interactions, subscription choices, import format and size, and messages you send from our widgets to ChatGPT.
• Identifiers: When supplied by ChatGPT, anonymized user and conversation identifiers are converted into stable keyed hashes. We do not use proxy IP addresses to identify users.
• Context: We may record client/version and language hints and coarse country/timezone metadata supplied by the host. We do not retain coordinates or city-level location.
• Messages: A message sent by a widget may contain your research results and notes. We retain that outbound message, not the ChatGPT answer or your conversation history. Recognized credentials are redacted and very large messages may be truncated.
• Imports and cleanup: We record counts and outcomes, but do not separately store imported files, pasted research, or cleanup input/output. Research text can be retained when it is included in an outbound message.

2. Retention and your controls

Tool arguments and outbound messages are retained for 90 days. Detailed event metadata is retained for 13 months. Anonymous daily aggregate counts may be retained long term. Daily same-server backups are kept for seven days, so expired content may remain in a protected backup for up to seven additional days; retention is applied before restored data is made available.

Use the Share usage analytics checkbox in a widget to disable analytics without changing research functionality. We remove your identifiable event history and retain the preference so future collection remains disabled. When no user identifier is supplied, the preference applies to the identifiable conversation or current widget; browser storage also suppresses future widget analytics on that browser. Anonymous aggregate totals are preserved. You can contact us to request deletion using the app context available to us.

3. ChatGPT and OpenAI API processing

This app operates within ChatGPT. OpenAI handles your conversations under its Privacy Policy. Our server does not collect ChatGPT answers or reconstruct chat history.

When you request cleanup, pasted text is sent to our server and the OpenAI API to perform that task. We return the cleaned result and do not persist cleanup input/output separately. We retain operational measurements such as character counts, token usage, duration and failure category.

4. External research services and access

We generate links to SparkToro, AnswerThePublic and Ubersuggest. Clicking a link opens the external service with the research query; activity on that service is governed by its privacy policy. We observe link clicks, not actions performed on the external website. We do not send analytics data to an external analytics vendor.

Application credentials and authentication headers are excluded from analytics. Analytics and backups are restricted to authorized operators. Opt-out and deletion preferences are retained while needed to honor your choice.
